- Introduction to Zazen, Tuesdays, 7:30PM to 8:45PM. (Optional Zoom Intro is offered by appointment.).
- Daily Zazen (Seated Meditation) Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM, 1 hr; – Zoom Link
- Monday & Wednesday evenings, 7:30 PM, 1 hr. – Zoom Link
- Saturdays, 7:00 – 8:30 AM – Zoom Link – after Saturday zazen we offer Heart-Mind Council sharing.
- 1st and 3rd Sundays, 9 – 10:30 AM, open to all, with Rev. Seifu, Osho – Zoom Link
- Seifu is available to connect with BIPOC individuals on a one on one basis. For more information, please contact Rev. Seifu.
- Sundays, 6:30 PM, 1 hr. – Zoom Link
- Sunday Dharma Talk and Dialogue (usually the 1st and 3rd Sundays) 7:30 PM, 1 hr. – Zoom Link
- Women’s Meditation Circle (Suspened until further notice), Sundays, 2-3 PM: a space for meditation solely for those who identify as female.
- Sesshins (Quarterly week-long retreats) Last week in March, June, Sept., & 1st week of Dec.

Summer Odayaka Sesshin – August 14 – 16
We welcome both in-person and Zoom participation in our two-and-a-half day Sumer Odayaka Sesshin. For in-person participation, please send in or drop off an application. If attending on-line you will need to register separately for each day you plan to attend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
The cost of sesshin is $130 ($50 each day for Friday and Saturday, and $30 for Sunday). If attending by Zoom please make a donation that fits your budget. We provide sleeping accommodations for those traveling from out of town (an additional $10 – $20 per night); please bring a sleeping bag, toiletries, sitting clothes, work clothes, and a towel.
Sesshin starts Friday and Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. (with optional early zazen 5:30 – 6:30 a.m.) and concludes around 8:30 p.m. Sunday sesshin runs from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday Schedule,and Sunday Schedule).
